yoga teacher training
Our unique training schedule is designed to work with your busy life, and was created using years of experience and insight to the demands of teacher training programs. The participant will have the time to learn and more importantly integrate vital knowledge necessary to become a professional yoga teacher.
The program will be taught in 5 independent 3-week modules followed by a one-month break to integrate and process the rich material. The sessions are open both to those looking to become a yoga teacher AND to those looking to deepen his or her own yoga practice for continued development.
Students may sign up for individual modules or the program in its entirety.

Mission
The mission of Harmony Yoga's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
program is to share authentic and traditional yoga teaching
while bringing into our modern-day context. Students will
be exposed to the "Ashtanga Yoga Path", which includes
yogic philosophies, spiritual practices, asana, pranayama, and
meditation techniques. The training will support the student with
opportunities for growth through self-study and dedication to
personal practice. Upon the program;s completion students will
be qualified to teach beginning level yoga classes knowing this
is the base for a lifetime of continued evolution for Self, future
students, and humanity.
