• We do provide mats if needed.
  • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. Yoga is done barefoot, so no special footwear
    is necessary.
  • Do not eat a large meal two to three hours before a class.
  • We have a changing room.
  • You do not need to be flexible to try yoga! You will become more flexible, coordinated, and strong with your yoga practice.
